I have been taking my daughter to windmill for over a year and the service they give is second to none. After an appointment yesterday I rang because of a slight worry. After speaking to Marilyn earlier in the day she rang me back and went above and beyond to sort it out for me. I believe if it wasn’t for her I’d of still be troubled and have a very unhappy daughter who had spent the day in tears. I also spoke to Helen who once again listened to me and offered to help our problem. My daughter Sorelle has always looked up to Helen and thinks very highly of her. I came off the phone very happy and also had a very happy daughter! Excellent service throughout

We had a wonderful experience here for my daughter's braces. The front desk staff were always accommodating when booking appointments and Clare in particular worked our appointments around school and exams etc. from start to finish everybody we dealt with were professional and friendly. My daughter has just completed an 11-month orthodontic treatment plan and I can honestly say the service has been excellent from start to finish. The orthodontic team have been amazing with her, and she is absolutely delighted with the results.

They kept us on track with appointments and were incredibly accommodating with times and days, especially while my daughter was sitting her GCSEs during the treatment. Their friendly, helpful and professional approach meant everything ran smoothly and we never missed an appointment.

Had braces from this practice in Gateshead, highly recommend anyone to get treatment done here. My results are amazing, i had fixed appliances and whitening to finish it off. All staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and put your interests first. Dr Wu was my orthodontist throughout treatment and i was left with results far better than i imagined. Excellent experience! I went in for a fixed wire repair. The orthodontist that I saw (unfortunately I do no remember his name) was friendly, professional and explained me all my options in detail! He made sure everything was fine and I was happy with the repair before I left. Price was also decent. Highly recommend
